Empower Community Care Services emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the vulnerable in the community. ECCS provide a comprehensive personalised service that 'Empowers' our Service Users to live and experience the highest quality of life possible. We currently provide services to adults  with learning disabilities and will be opening our range of care to other groups shortly. Established in 2016, we’re an organization driven by a desire to become a leading provider of community based care in London and the surrounding area. 

 

Our team is made up of highly qualified, experienced and capable workers who are trained in working with all types of client groups. Team members are experienced in providing assistance and support to people living in the community.
